​​Any personally identifiable information as well as hardware and software usage information may be collected for the purpose of verifying game / software installations (DRM - Digital Rights Management), various studies, and cheat prevention. pH Games will never intentionally disclose your personally identifiable information unless required to by law, in which case pH Games must publicly state that personally identifiable information was released.

Upon uninstalling our software, all associated spyware / telemetry data / cheat prevention / DRM shall also be uninstalled.
When pH Games officially announces that a software has reached its end-of-life, it will receive a final update with no DRM, effectively giving full ownership to users.

Dev's note:
DRM is needed to prevent piracy. The infrastructure for collecting user data is closely tied to DRM and is more of a byproduct than anything. This is unfortunate as privacy is directly proportional to free speech. I fear what the AAA companies are doing with user data. Knowledge is power. Those with the most power did whatever it takes to get it.
